Nad na\u0161\u00edm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem bychom se m\u011bli ur\u010dit\u011b v\u0161ichni ob\u010das zamyslet, jestli v\u0161e d\u011bl\u00e1me tak, jak bychom m\u011bli. Nen\u00ed to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b povinnost\u00ed, ale je dobr\u00e9 myslet na budoucnost a na to, jak\u00fd vliv na\u0161e \u017eivotospr\u00e1va na na\u0161e t\u011blo i du\u0161i bude jednou m\u00edt a jak dopadneme. Nem\u011bli bychom se k\u00a0tomu nutit, pokud n\u00e1m to nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. Jen ob\u010das sta\u010d\u00ed si na chv\u00edli vyj\u00edt p\u0159ed d\u016fm, prod\u00fdchat se a rozhl\u00e9dnout se kolem sebe, a\u0165 nezapomeneme, jak to vypad\u00e1. Toto je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jen mal\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st toho, co m\u016f\u017eete pro sv\u00e9 t\u011blo ud\u011blat.
